Bill's Been Drinking

First off: yes, I am maturing this over the flaming corpse. Not taking chances.
Bill, short for William O' Wisp, is the notorious fire jerk (the Flaming Jerk, if you want to poke fun) that is infamous for both selling his soul so that the devil could pay off his bar tab (hell went bankrupt, and he was kicked out) and for using alcohol to create fiery creatures of doom to attack enemies.
In this particular case, he was looking forward to a night on the (burning) town, but he has fallen victim to false advertising, and he has to make due with one hell hound.
There is a rumor that he has his own 'Special Brew,' which is supposed to be an astronomical 1016% proof.
